Q.  Are any of these questions actually frequently asked?

A.  No.

Q.  I signed up for Undock but can't find the login on this site.  Where do I log in?

A.  On your mobile device, navigate to http://undock.mobi.

Q.  Which project manager applications can I access in Undock?

A.  Right now we support CounterSoft Gemini and Basecamp.  Currently Jira and Bugzilla are in beta and will be released in July 2010.

Q.  Which mobile devices do you support? 

A.  iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Palm Pre, and Windows Mobile devices.

Q.  How do I cancel my account?

A.  You can cancel by just canceling the recurring payment in PayPal. If you're having problems just contact us and we'll cancel your subscription from our side.

Q.  What data is stored on the Undock servers?

A.  We only store the project manager URL, user name, and API token.  None of the data in your project manager is stored on the Undock servers.
